Accounts are different on my PC verses the online account?

When I open Quicken on my computer, all my accounts are present and the ledgers are correct. When I open my account through the Quicken Website, many accounts are missing? Why don't they align?

What type of accts aren't present on the website? Not all acct types are eligible for upload.
Also, have you marked the missing accts for upload? When was the last time that you synched to the cloud?
