Is anyone else having their 401k Balance Double what it should be on Fidelity NetBenefits?

I am having an Issue with "Fidelity NetBenefits Doubling my 401k Account Balance" every time I update my Account Balance. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks, Don

    Is your NetBenefits account set to Simple mode in Quicken, where you see a dashboard with 4 big boxes when viewing the account rather than a list of transactions?

    If so, you are experiencing a bug in the communication between Fidelity and Quicken. You can work around this by clicking on the gear at the top right of the account, selecting Edit Account Details, and setting the Tracking Method to Complete.

    Thanks for the reply! It is set to Complete Tracking Method. I am still having the Double Balance Issue. It has the Correct Balance in the Securities Value, but it also Replicates that Balance in the Cash Balance which then Doubles my Account Balance in the Total Market Value. Any thoughts on how I can Fix this Issue? Thanks, Don
