Navy Federal Checking account won't update transactions. All other accounts do update.

For the last couple of weeks my checking account has not been updating the transactions from Navy Federal Credit union. All my other accounts do update. I've tried resetting it, deactivating it and re-connecting. I've tried deactivating all my accounts and reestablishing connections. When I created a test account all of my accounts were present, but my checking account had no transactions. There always seems to be some issue with quicken and NFCU. I'm starting to think it's not worth the money or frustration to keep my account open.

NFCU will not update any accounts. My other banks do update. Quicken, are you aware of this problem.
