Signing in to quicken.com

I just found out that if you try to sign in to quicken.com more than twice you get locked out. My sign in were successful but when I tried to update my payment info I was signed out by the site so I tried three more and received no error message. Chat says to contact them tomorrow and they will help.

Remember this when trying to manage your quicken account.

What is going on. I never had problems signing into Quicken. The program is acting peculiar
