Unable to add accounts to download
it’s been almost two months and still can’t add accounts to download transactions. Anybody else having this problem

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What exactly occurs when attempting to add accounts? Do you receive any error codes or messages? Are you experiencing this with a specific financial institution or are you unable to set up any financial institution with online services?

when I try to add banking accounts to automatic download transactions it says something about it cannot be done at this time and don’t contract the provider because they can’t fix the problem. This is the same message I receive on all banking accounts. It will allow me to download from my 401k accounts.
