Same problem. I reset the online account settings for two Chase credit card accounts in an attempt to solve the problem, and that did cause the accounts to update once. But since then I continue to see no new transactions and no errors when I update the Chase accounts in Quicken.

Have 3 chase cards. All have been downloading transactions for over 2 years. In march 23 chase freedom stopped downloading. Everything looks correct. No error messages. To troubleshoot I deactivated and reactivated and reauthorized via onestep update an the chase website. However when trying to reauthorize Quicken no longer sees the freedom card. I logged onto the chase site and made sure the freedom card is shared with quicken. I am the primary card holder and the only one with access.

How can I get chase freedom to download transactions?

I get downloads although it says 0 transactions downloaded BUT it keeps screwing up my running balance. I'm having to make balance adjustments to reconcile.
