Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with TD Ameritrade? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions? Do you receive any error codes or messages? How long has this issue been occurring?

I was able to fix this problem by treating it as a rebranding problem i.e. OL-231, OL-232, or OL-235 error and then reactivating the accounts0
