Blank screen asking for ''Enter Quicken ID password

I downloaded Chase credit card transaction and they normally upload to my Quicken Deluxe. When I went back to my Quicken, there was a blank screen that said to Enter Quicken ID password. I waited a few minutes and nothing else came up. When I exited the screen, none of the transactions had uploaded to my Quicken. I have used Quicken since November 2010 and have never had this issue before.

Normally, after a few seconds, the Quicken ID window builds with the necessary information.
However, if a Windows or a third party Antivirus program or Firewall blocks Quicken from accessing the Internet, this may not happen.Is Windows Defender Controlled Folder Access enabled?
If it is, configure it to add Quicken as an "allowed app" without turning off Ransomware protection. Perform these steps0
