Reconciling out of wack

After this last update quicken will not reconcile statement balance and cleared items without checking pending items as cleared. This is the Third time this has happened, it occurred several months ago. After an hour on the phone with a Quicken Supervisor the problem could not be resolved and was being forwarded to the Tech Support. However the Supervisor does not have direct access to technical support, so if others are having the same issue please post it. Last time it took several days for tech support to fix it.     Which "last update"? There have been at least 3 in the last 30 days. What is shown at Help→About Quicken?

    Always provide the version release information when posting a question.

    Well, I posted this in May 23, 2023, so whatever update was before that, really the update doesn't matter the problem is the account can't be reconciled. Quicken will not balance to $0.00, without marking all the pending items as cleared. The problem is in the reconciliation page. If you read the previous post, this same problem was passed to a Supervisor who could not resolve it and then forwarded to Tech support. Within two days it was functioning correctly. But thanks for the information about the updates.

    If you won't answer the simple question of "Help→About Quicken", how do you expect anyone to be able to help you?

    Knowing which financial institution and download method type (both on the Account List (Tools menu) will also help someone to maybe give you an answer.
