How do I get my mortgage to show up as an expense?

I have Quicken keep track of my auto loans and my home mortgage, but when I look at my income and expense these expenses don't show up... because they're transfers.
I understand it's a balance sheet adjustment (which is good) but I also want to track my cashflow separately. I don't want EVERY transfer between bank accounts to show up, but I do want mortgage and auto loan payments to show up.
I feel like there's probably a smart way to do this, any advice?
