My Wells Fargo data is still not being updated.

First Quicken support was of no help.. told me it was a WF problem not yet fixed. But some-how she or I managed to delete my WF account from Quicken. Second Quicken support was excellent. Managed to guide me through reloading my WF account into Quickin. However, the purpse of this note is to point out that the first problem IS STILL NOT SOLVED. We thought it was when I received my WF data. I checked. It is my old data. I am still not getting updates.
