Was having issues downloading transactions from my Lowe's-Synchrony account. Found a discussion thread (

but it was already closed after an extremely unhelpful answer from one of the superusers. So I am posting my solution, here. After some troubleshooting, I found that the Lowe's-branded card for which I was previously able to download as a generic Synchrony bank card now requires connection through a specific Lowe's-Synchrony URL. If you clear your bank info on the account page to force Quicken to start from the beginning with Financial Institution selection as the first step of online setup, you can enter Lowe's and selected the appropriate card that uses a Lowes.syf url. After I made this change, my transactions download with no issues. Hope this helps.
