Setting up Homeowners Association annual fees
Hello,
I would like your assistance in setting up the annual assessments due for 150 homes in our HOA community. I would like to be able to input the monthly amounts due for each family (hoping there is a way to set up for 1 homeowner and copy for the remaining 149).
I need to be able to track payments made by homeowner, as well as reporting on the homeowners who are late in making their payments, as well as tracking the late fees due.
I am using Quicken for Home and Business

It seems like the Rental Property features in the HBR version can be used to do this work.
- Registering HOA Homes (Tenant)
- Tracking HOA Payments (Rent)
- Tracking and Assessing Late Fees (Late Fees)
- Reporting
- Probably much more….
.I wouldnt expect that Quicken will have a copy and paste feature for initial entry of "tenants". Perhaps I am wrong.
