Flag failed to clear after online update

After One-step Update one of my accounts came back with all 4 transactions already marked as Accepted. That wasn't an issue as I would have accepted them anyway. However, when I click the Done button the register closes and the new transaction flag remains. Going back into the register I still see the 4 transactions listed as already accepted. How can I clear this up?

    Never mind. After closing the program and reopening it, an update installed itself and fixed the problem.
