CC-502 & CC-506 errrors for Vystar today

Worked last night.

Hopefully this will be resolved by tomorrow.

Vystar data processing staff was probably using Memorial Day weekend for maintenance and are now having trouble recovering capabilities.

Their website seem to be having problems with logins as well.

Will Vystar ever restore credit card transaction downloads?

UPDATE: Their website login is working again. Quicken access is reporting CC-506 errors.

UPDATE: I reset the Vystar account connectivity in Quicken and it's working again. Evidently, Quicken got stuck on the CC-506 error.

I don't use Vystar credit cards and was unaware the downloads did not work for them.

Yeah, they recently (3rd week of April) did something with the credit cards where you had to re-validate them and the transactions haven't downloaded since.

I've gone back and forth with their Facebook messaging reps for about two weeks now and decided to just call them. I just spent nearly and hour today with Digital Tech Support (option 1 on the system) at Vystar to get a ticket added. I know they don't do squat without formal tickets.
