Posting Payments in Quicken with Real Estate version

I've noticed today that when I make an entry to post a payment in Quicken, that If it happens to have had a recent payment made but for a different account (rental house in this case) the other entry details show up and are applied to this account I'm posting, but it is a different payment for a different account (rental house in this case).

I've been having issues with payments being entered into different accounts and now just realize the software is picking up the posting data and is causing errors.

Since the software should not work this way and should be able to know the difference in the transaction and not "assume" it is the same payment.
