Vanguard and Quicken Direct Connect - wrong info download (edit)

This last month my Windows Quicken App using "Direct Connection" to my Vanguard account no longer pulls down accurate information. Quicken pulls in wrong balances and the account numbers don't match. Numerous calls to tech support on each side state it is not their issue. I've resorted to manually downloading my account data from Vanguard and importing the data into quicken. Could have save HOURS of wasted time spent with tech support repeating myself.
