Search not working for some security names

When I search for "ISHARES S&P SMALLCAP 600 VALUE ETF" I get zero results returned even though I have multiple accounts with transactions for this security. For this security I tried a partial search of the name, and it still doesn't work. This also happened with another security "FIDELITY NASDAQ COMPOSITE INDEX TRACKING STOCK", although that did show results for one account, but not the other accounts that have it. A partial search of "FIDELITY NASDAQ" seemed to return all results for that one. Anything else I can try, or is this a known bug?
