Why does Intuit log into my bank accounts every night ~midnight?

Turned on login notifications for several bank accounts. Started getting daily notifications of a login ~midnight local time from IP addresses 206.108.41.101 through 8. IP location indicates the ISP is Intuit, with a secondary association with Amazon. Concerns are:
- What is the rationale for this behavior?
- Is this happening with all of my accounts?
- Is it Intuit or Amazon? One account has NO Amazon association, so my suspicion is Intuit.
- If my login info changes or is incorrect, some accounts will lock me out with several login failures.
Hopefully someone out there has actual knowledge about this behavior.
TIA

Thank you very much; I believe that is the information I am looking for. I will review my accounts and see what type of connections I use and how it corresponds to the notifications. Appreciate the quick response and direction to useful information!0

No, I do not have synch enabled.
I specifically want to manage my accounts locally and do not want the account data stored online.0
