Downloading Chase Accounts With Different Logins

We have a joint checking and separate retirement accounts at Chase. So when I log in I see the checking and my retirement account; when my spouse logs in they see the same checking and their retirement account. Quicken cannot put its arms around this. So if I set up with one id for the checking and associated retirement account, the other retirement account is locked. And vice versa. I have tried only authorizing the retirement account (and not the checking) with the second id, but that does not work. Any thoughts?
