Customer Support???

I formerly had a longstanding Quicken.com account. I am trying to reestablish my old account with the intention of resubscribing to Quicken. I have tried account recovery and requested a code be sent to my email address, but Quicken.com is not sending anything to my email address. How do I establish contact with customer support to get past this issue?
