Schwab brokerage - no transactions, no column adjustments

I just got moved to Schwab from TD Ameritrade and there are some issues.

  1. Not only are transactions not downloading (i.e. dividend payments) but I can't even open the transactions page as the icon is greyed out.
  2. Can't add a cost basis column to my portfolio page, also greyed out.

Don't know whose end this issue is coming from but I'm ready to leave both Schwab and Quicken - Mac.
