State Farm Insurance - Revalidation Every Couple of Days

For the past few weeks my State Farm Insurance Billings are requiring revalidation every couple of days. This involves two step validation of the account.

This is the only account that I have that exhibits this behavior. It is making the automatic billing almost useless. With the amount of work to keep validating this account, it would be easier to just enter these bills manually.

Just wondering if 1) other users are seeing this; and 2) if this behavior is intentional.
