Budget Balance Total is wrong

Question

I am just noticing that the budget balance total at the bottom of the Budget screen is incorrect. As I understand it, this should be Actual Amount minus Budget Amount.  The amounts are correct for each category line item.   The sum in the balance column for each month matches the total row Sums, but that amount doesnt equal the balance figure in the total amount.  See attached.  Any thoughts? Thank you
