    Latest and Greatest Slow Quicken Startup Observations: When I disable my physical Network Adapter and only have my PC internet connection via Wi-Fi Quicken opens in seconds. There's no explanation of why this worked for me. I leave the "Why" others. But I'm good now. Hope it might help someone else.

    Are you talking about this setting? Or a setting elsewhere in Windows?

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

    My network is "Private" (as is the above screen shot of that setting). My PC's Wi-Fi is ON. So, it's the ONLY internet connection for my PC. While i also have a hard wire from PC to Router, the Router internet connetcion is disabled. (Thus the same as if there was no wired connection.)

    I share your experience and have for over a year.

    "There is not much left for Quicken employees to suggest beyond what has already been suggested. You are one guy and not everyone shares your issue. So it comes down to what makes your setup different." @Rocket J Squirrel I applaud the help you provided to Bob@53, while Bob is "one guy with the problem", he is not the only guy. I believe there are many more. Quicken needs to have analysts working with affected users to diagnose the problem.

    Question for anyone: Does Microsoft or a "Approved Microsoft Service Vendor" provide debugging services to Windows based applications companies who do not can not debug performance issues with it's subscribers?

    Bob@53 You are not alone. There are at least 2 of us. I suspect many more. I hope and pray Quicken doesn't just quit on us again.
