Rental commission to realtor

My realtor charges a month rent of they find me a tenant. They take the money directly from the tenant. How do I track this in my rental module as the money never hits my accounts? The tenant is setup in Quicken. I want to track this as Commissions or Marketing. Thanks in advance.
