Transaction related to transfer from one security to another security in 401K account

My employer moved my 401K from Capital One to ADP. In this case, how to record the Conversion In and Out transaction? I tried to use Buy - Shares Bought with new ADP account and Sold with Capital One. But it shows me as Cash Balance for ADP account.
