First Horizon Bank TN - not downloading

First Horizon will not download to Quicken (Windows)Premier R49.33. No error code is given, only "Sorry. We encountered an error (It's not your fault.)" Am able to access FHB website without difficulty. What gives?

    Problem solved. Had to deactivate form online services, remove ALL information from general tab, close then reopen and search for and re-enter institution information in online services.
