New laptop, reinstalled Quicken Deluxe 2010 from my CD, everything works. Inserted the Quicken Deluxe 2013 upgrade CD, for which I still have the order number, and can't get past "you can now reinstall Quicken directly from your Online Quicken account". The web link is invalid and my old account probably is too. There are no other choices offered for reinstalling even though everything I need should be on the CD. It seems my only choice is to export my 2013 data and import it to 2010 or to subscribe to the latest version even though I don't need to download transactions. Any suggestions for a workaround?
