CC-502 for Citi credit cards (costco card)

Anyone else having this issue? It has not worked for a month or more for me. Worked fine before.

    Deactivate the credit card account. Do not change any Citi checking or savings accounts. This only works for the credit card.
    Use the Tools / Add Account process to pretend to add a new credit card.
    Type in "Citi" as the bank name you're looking for and, from the selection results, choose Citi Cards.
    If Advanced Options are showing, select Direct Connect.
    Perform the remainder of the activation process and you should be up and running.
