Downloaded transactions not showing on credit card

I have noted four transactions that were automatically downloaded showing up in one of my Quicken credit card accounts. Each of them has a sync ID and they're all from the same vendor. Neither my wife nor I have use this vendor. When I look at my credit card online billing history, there is no evidence that these have been billed to my credit card.

Why is Quicken downloading these transactions that do not appear to exist? How do I troubleshoot this? Is the sink ID of value to either my credit card company or to Quicken?

I just recently reported two inappropriate charges on one of my credit cards. It was frozen and the card was replaced with a new one. Additionally, whenever a charge is made without the card being physically present, I receive a text message. I did not receive a text for any of these charges, suggesting that the card was physically present.

Odd. Ideas?
