Mobile App Not Listing Account Transactions

My Apple iPad and iPhone accurately list the latest account totals but will not list account transactions. However, the Quicken Web and Desktop list accurately all account tranactions. When I open the mobile app the blue gear icon in the upper part middle of the page spins continuously clockwise. I spoken to technical support continuously and have tried every fix they could think of but the problem still persists.
