Bank reconciliations for Bank of America now using processing transactions in balance

I saw this posted for another bank but I have the issue going on for the last week with processing transactions being included in bank balance as though they were cleared (without a download of the processing transactions to import). If you enter them manually, they download the next day and need to be deleted .
