Renaming rule won't go away after I deleted it

I sometimes receive payments for my business through Square but I also sometimes make a purchase that gets processed through Square. This messed up my renaming rule, in which Square transactions were always renamed as "Square (Name of My Business)". So I deleted the renaming rule. That didn't work so I added Square to the Do Not Rename list. I also deleted the memorized transaction for Square (Name of My Business). But any transaction in which I have paid for a purchase via Square still gets renamed Square (Name of My Business). How do I get rid of this?
