How to reset Direct Connect password?

South Shore Bank allowed me to set my password for their Direct Connect link on their website.

I can't get Quicken to connect and want to reset my DC password but there is no option. My SSB tells me it's a Quicken issue.

SSB does allow the DC password to be reset on their business account page. But not personal login pages.

Who controls the DC password?
