Q H&B program update hangs up.

LMSS4100

this is an ON-GOING problem for each update over the last three + months. I either have to do a MONTA ? patch or reinstall Q H&B.
I'm on WIN 10, 64bit, This current hang up is Rel 50.8 on 06.07.2023
I'm not a happy camper because it's on-going.
