Cannot access or sign into My Quicken Account from South Korea
My South Korea IP address is being blocked on the https://signin.quicken.com/. This issue started in the beginning of June. Because I am being blocked, I cannot sign into My Quicken Account on the web, or use my Quicken for Windows PC app. Because, every time I enter my “Quicken ID and Password” for my Quicken Account, it never connects to the secure https Quicken Server to sign me in, I have waited more than 10 minutes with it never connecting, before I stop it. I have tried numerous times this past week, but it never connects. I can access the Quicken.com page but I just cannot Sign Into my Account. Can someone help me resolve this issue.

Can you use a VPN with a U.S. IP address?
Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.

Yes, if I use a VPN and select a USA server or even a Japan server, I can access My Quicken Account. But if I try to access it using a Korea VPN server or no VPN server, I cannot access it. Prior to this issue starting I had no problems accessing or using Quicken from South Korea.
