Bills, Income & Transfers Show Payment Account and Show Correct Currency Symbol [Edited]

There are two things I would like to see in the "BIlls, Income & Transfers" screen, which would seem to be quite easy.

1. Show the account which is being used to pay the bill, transfer, or receive the income, and in the Bill and Income Reminders dialogue
2. Use the correct currency symbol for the item in question. At the moment all of them use the default currency symbol, regardless of the actual currency of the account.
