E*Trade duplicating a security

Hello! I've had 2 E*Trade accounts connected to Quicken for years now with no issues. The last month or so, in each of the accounts, it is duplicating one security in the portfolio (says "unknown security" and then shows the ticker symbol). This is increasing the balance until I go in and manually adjust the share price to $0 but then it keeps happening pretty much each time I refresh all the accounts. This is happening with each of my 2 accounts.

I don't see a way to delete that unknown security. Is there any other way to prevent this from happening?
