Trying to reconcile

I'm trying to reconcile my account and foolishly downloaded/updated. Now I have transactions that I've already cleared duplicated in my register. When I go to reconcile there are over a hundred transactions that show uncleared because the bank duplicated them. How do I delete up to just last month so I can reconcile THIS month?
