Transfer reminders only showing up for 1 month even if you set it to monthly

Hi guys,
I found a bug I think. And I confirmed it is not my data file as well.
So, you make two accounts. A chequing account and a offline cash account.
You set up a transfer reminder to transfer say $50.00 from chequing to cash account on the 1st of every month and the first date is July 1st, 2023.
When you go in your budget and have the TO CASH account category checked and listed, and you have set the budget to Annual view with Details, you will see in the ACTUALS column of the TO CASH account will list $50.00. However, all the other months won't show up.
I made a new budget and confirmed that it is not the budget that is corrupted.
I also changed the TO CASH account to another account in my budget. Still the same error so the category is not corrupted either.
Lastly, I created a new data file, created a chequing and cash account and set up a transfer reminder for $50.00 for the 1st of July, recurring each month.
The problem persists.
