Quicken stopped downloading credit card transactions from Chase after update 6/10/23

Quicken updated when I started it today (6/10/23). This latest version updates my Chase checking account transactions, but won't update my credit card transactions. One step update and updating from the credit card account registers appears to operate normally, no errors, message says update complete, 0 transactions. Only the credit card accounts are affected - checking accounts update correctly.

    There's lots of that going around, for some reason.

    What I might try, 1st, is to make a backup, disconnect all Chase Accounts from downloading, go through Edit > Preferences… > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts and then clicking "Sign in as a different user", and sign back into Quicken. Then reconnect the Chase Accounts. That's been known to work, even if we don't understand the "why."
