No Credit Card Transactions Download for DuTrac Credit Union Account.

DuTrac Credit Union updated their software the end of May and I have not been able to get any transactions download from them into my Quicken since then. It worked fine prior to the update. I can go on-line and see them at the 'bank' and am able to download a 'QIF' file of transactions, but not able to use One Step Update to download (that does not return anything) as I did before.

    DuTrac seems to use a different name for card transactions.

    Try changing the FI name to "DuTrac Community Credit Union CC"

    That Fl name is no longer valid for them, tried that website and can not get on and call the customer service number associated with the website and they do not service their credit cards.

    No support for "credit" listed in the FIDIR.TXT entry for DuTrac

    Thanks, that is what I was telling them the other day and they said it was Quicken's to fix, here we go round in circles.
