Account Balances Off

I just upgraded from 2014 to Quicken Subscription. When I setup my bavk accounts for Web Connect the balances are completely off from reality. How do I get my balances corrected?

do you mean Web Connect - as in manually downloading a file from bank online website, and manually Importing that file into Quicken ?
If you just set these accounts up - there should be an Opening Balance that agrees with your bank statement for some starting point in time. Then download transactions from that point in time … of course the timelines have to match up --1
