What is going on with this application???

I have been using Quicken for Windows since 1995 and in the last three months it seems to problem after problem without any real resolution. I have looked for answers in the support area of Quicken and within the community (which seems to be much better then the Quicken support) but the suggested solutions aren't working permanently. Currently, whenever I click on the "Bills & Income" tab, the application just freezes and I have to close it. And with downloads, the online balance ends with $ XX .00 dollars even when the actual balance might end with $ XX.49. Also, I can no longer get downloads from Discover and although the support team advises they are working on it, one month of this [Removed - Language] is too much. [Removed - No Soliciting] Thanks.
