Same problem since 14 May. Tried another software program to see if NFCU would download. It would not, so appears to be NFCU problem.1

My connection was Express Web Connect. I have since deactivated my 3 accounts and I have been doing manual downloads using Web Connect. Each business day since the 30 May I have tried to Add Account but each time I get the CC-502 error code. I even tried another budgeting software program but it resulted in an Unable to Connect error, so it seems to be a NFCU problem.0
