Can I use Quicken only offline? (edit)

I now have to sign in to Quicken before I can open a file. If I have no internet I can't use Quicken or see my data. Never used to be this way.

    Before starting Quicken, unplug any Ethernet cable from your laptop/desktop and configure WiFi "Off".
    If, during startup, Quicken does detect any network connection, in working order or not, it will attempt to verify that you are an authorized user and prompt for Quicken ID and password.
