Vanguard 401K and Merrill Edge Accounts no longer syncing

I have used Quicken for a LONG time and have tracked my Vanguard 401k and Merrill Edge accounts. Suddenly, these accounts no longer sync properly. The Vanguard 401K shows zero balance and Merrill Edge doesn't list any of the securities.

I used to get detailed transaction information on all my Vanguard accounts and the Merrill Edge account, now nothing.

Did Quicken take a huge step backward, or what??
