Payee name being changed by Quicken Mac

For over 6 months, whenever I download transactions from my Credit union, the payee appears in Quicken as "Dividend interest processed". Which is not what appears on the bank statement or online access. I have checked with Travis Credit Union and they claim they're not responsible. Is this a problem others have experienced? I have been using Quicken for many years and have never had any real issues until now. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
