Alliant Credit Union Duplicate Downloads

My Alliant Credit Union Visa account consistently downloads old, duplicate transactions along with the correct new ones. Spent hours with quicken support creating new files, new accounts etc which did not resolve the issue. In searching the Quicken Community, I see that this has been an ongoing issue for at least a year and has NOT been resolved.

Following the advice of last year's Community posts, I added download ID to the register and see that the duplicate transactions have different ID's suggesting that it's a Alliant problem. Spoke with a Quicken support supervisor who was being honest by telling me it's been a known issue for a long time and he cannot say if and when it will be fixed.

Please let me know others that have the same issue and if anyone has been able to get action from Quicken and/or Alliant.
